Hetal is a licensed insurance broker, as well as a certified individual marketplace agent including SHOP, Senior and Small Group markets. Hetal joined Benefits Group as an associate in fall of 2012. She brings over 7 years of experience from Anthem BCBS with an extensive background in individual and specialty health insurance markets. During this period she worked with members, providers, agents, as well as underwriters. Her expertise in claims resolution and client care advocacy brings significant knowledge to our clients.
